¹Jabra Enhance uses a standardized customer satisfaction tool, the Client Oriented Scale of Improvement, or COSI, to measure hearing outcomes like those listed above. Administered to customers who worked with our Audiology Team, at their initial Orientation and later in a follow-up appointment, based on the goals the customers indicate, COSI ensures we're working toward your hearing goals and holding ourselves to your high standards. This data comes from all results in 2025, where about 13% of our customers who have access to audiology services took the survey. 94% of them reported hearing better in every hearing category goal they identified for improvement.
