  • Jabra Enhance functions as a happy medium in the hearing aid industry. Our offerings,for adults in the U.S. age 18 or older with mild to moderate hearing loss, are of higher quality than many other over-the-counter hearing aids, often matching the quality and professional care you'd find in a clinic but at a fraction of the cost

  • The results of our test serve two purposes:

    The first is to see if you may be a candidate for our hearing aids. Meaning, your hearing appears to be within the range that will benefit from them.

    The second is to allow us to program your hearing aids (with the Premium Care & Protection Package) so that when you receive them, they are customized to compensate for your specific hearing loss.

  • If you already have an audiogram from a clinic, then all you have to do is send it over and we'll use that to program your hearing aids (with the Premium Package).

  • During orientation (with the Premium Package, in the 50 US states and DC), you'll be paired with one of our licensed hearing professionals for a 30-minute video call. If you've ever had a telemedicine appointment before, it's similar to that.

    During the call your provider will get to know you, your hearing health history, your hearing loss, your goals in what you want to hear better and how you want your hearing aids to perform. They'll then make adjustments to the hearing aids to meet your unique needs.

  • From the hearing test to the visits with our hearing care professionals, we offer our services online instead of in-person. That means no office visits to have your hearing aids fitted and adjusted. Instead, we do it online, offering our hearing tests, video call appointments, and remote adjustments at your own convenience.

    And since our parent company manufactures our hearing aids, they go directly to the customer, with no middleman or markups.

  • Just like in a clinic, one of our hearing care professionals will adjust a hearing aid's settings using audiology software, but instead of plugging it directly into the hearing aids, the adjustment goes through the cloud, to the Jabra Enhance Select app and your hearing aids. like magic.

  • Our app is like a remote control for your hearing aids. You can control the volume, and the sound quality, too.

  • We measure customer satisfaction through a standardized measurement tool called COSI which surveys responses from our customers. We are proud to say that we have strong scores across the board, with 90% of customers using Jabra Enhance Select with the Premium Package reporting that they hear better with our hearing aids. .

  • Yes! We offer a 100-day return period when you purchase directly from us so if you aren't satisfied within that time frame, you can simply return them for a full refund with no questions asked. We'll even pay for your return shipping.
